We provide you with the tracking number. I always pack items with great care and security, but I cannot be held responsible for mishandling by the post office. When you receive your parcel, if you see that it is open, damaged, broken, always open it in front of the postman and ask him to sign a declaration if the contents are damaged. With this paper, the French Post reimburses the contents at the declared value for all insured parcels. Without this paper, the insurance will not work and I will not be able to reimburse you.
