Founded by Martin Mayer in 1838. His youngest son, Martin Mayer (born in 1914) left Germany in 1938 when the company was confiscated due to the Jewish origin of the family. This Art Deco hand mirror is made of solid 835 silver, signed, and has a beveled glass.
